The Green Cloud intended to integrate the dwelling space into part of the waterfront green infrastructure, in order to facilitate people’s engagement with nature by creating immersive experiences for the residents as well as the public. On the other hand, the Green Cloud overspread the historical factories. This “natural intervention” makes a symbolic gesture of de-industrialize the waterfront spaces.
