To modify and prepare your video for playback on YouTube, open the application “PIXPRO 360” located on the workstation. This software will allow you to process and post videos to YouTube for playback in 360 video mode and in Google cardboard mode.

You can connect to the 360º camera via WIFI from your smartphone.

For example, using the Kodak SP360:

Camera SSID: PIXPRO-SP360_XXXX
Passcode: 12345678

Smartphone App (There are many options) - Search under “PIXPRO”

Viewing

IOS (iPhones): Upload your 360 videos to YouTube and then download the app: “in360Tube” to your iPhone. Cut and Paste the YouTube link into the app and then click the Cardboard icon to play the 360 video in Google cardboard mode.

You can also download the latest YouTube app and see if it has a native Google cardboard mode. As of August 2015 it does not.

Android: Upload your 360 videos to YouTube and then download the latest YouTube App. Play the YouTube video in Google Cardboard Mode by clicking on the icon in the video.

Scan the QR Code for Google Cardboard so Google cardboard can recognize the viewer type.

This will only work with 360 degree videos and images.
