Small format manual feed

This printer can only be accessed from the workstation on the black cabinet next to the printer. This prevents multiple users from sending jobs to it at the same time and mistakenly using each others media.

Open your printed PDF in Acrobat on that machine (NOTE: you will need to log into Creative Cloud to open Acrobat) then follow the instructions below:

1. Click File > Print or hit Ctrl+P.
2. Select the Small-Manual-Laser printer from the dropdown
3. Click the Properties button.
4. Click on the Paper/Quality tab.
5. Specify your paper type in the Paper Type dropdown menu. Use Plain Paper if there is not a better match to your material.
6. Choose your tray in the Paper source dropdown menu. The manual feed tray is best for thick papers, adhesive backed sheets, or stacks of 5 or fewer sheets of any paper type.
7. Click the OK button.
